How can adding fake clients be helpful?
- Fake clients can show you how to best utilize the various filters we have available for use. You will see how the status, role, and urgency, can be used to quickly sort through your clients to make sure you are setting up the appropriate type of clients for specific drip tags or blast emails.
- Example data is added to all of the fake clients so you can better understand how data can be stored and most useful on each client profile. Review the information and corresponding screenshot above to learn more.
- Lorem Ipsum is an old typeset we use to indicate that a field is meant to display a string of text. This first section is for your client's bio or their most important notes. This will be the first bit of text you see when you open up a client's profile and can be quite useful for quickly understanding the client's needs.
- The Timeline is a log of interactions with the client and other notes you have manually entered which are not displayed in the bio above. Emails and SMS messages, as well as updates to statuses, are logged automatically in the Timeline and you can also manually add your own events.
- The Activity module is a very important section of the client profile as it displays any activity the client has performed while logged into your website. You can see the average price range and location they are looking for, as well as when they last logged in.
- Updating your client's profile with their estimated closing date and price can be extremely helpful in allowing you to track your closing and expected profits within the CRM. This information is best tracked via the Pipelines tab in the CRM once it has been added to several client accounts.
