Description: List views enable you to organize your CRM client list according to the filters and columns that are most important to you.
- Log into your website
- Navigate to FlexCRM - Clients
- If you have never created a list view, by default you will be viewing a list view titled All Clients
- Click on the column icon to the far right of the list view name
- Move Available columns to the Active Columns list in the order of preference and use the arrows to remove columns from the Active list as preferred
- Click Update
- Select any filters you wish to use for this list view
- Click the Save icon to the right of the list view name
- Click Save As A New List View
- Name your new list view
- Hover over the list view name to set it as the default
