Delete Clients From the CRM

Description: You can delete single clients from your CRM or bulk delete multiple clients at once if you  wish to remove them permanently. 

To remove a single client:

1. Log into your website
2. Navigate to Flex CRM - Clients
3. Click on the client you wish to delete
4. Click on the Update icon 
   1. This looks like a pencil
5. Scroll down and select Delete
6. Click Yes to delete

To delete multiple clients:

1. Log into your website
2. Navigate to Flex CRM - Clients
3. Select the checkbox next to the names of the clients you wish to remove
4. Click the Action option at the top of the page
5. Select Delete Clients
6. Click Confirm Action
7. Click Okay
