Description: Instead of manually entering each client into your CRM, you can import a CSV file (for example, google sheets or an excel sheet). If you previously used a CRM, you should be able to export your client list in the appropriate format from that platform and then import it into your new CRM by following the instructions in this video.
- Log into your website
- Navigate to Flex CRM - Clients
- Click the cloud icon on the upper righthand corner of your CRM clients list
- Edit your CSV to clean it up for import
- Each column in your CSV MUST have a title
- There can be as many columns as you need, they just need to be mapped to our system
- Remove any blank columns as these will be unnecessary to map to our system
- Drag and drop your CSV or click to select
- Click Continue
- Map the columns from your CSV to our system
- For example, you may need to map Name in your CSV to Full Name in our system
- If you do not see an appropriate match, leave our column field blank and a custom field will be automatically created for your unique data, scroll down this page to see the available mappings
- Click Continue
- Review to make sure the data appears to be mapped appropriately
- Click Commit
- The system will upload your clients in the background while you continue working so expect to see them appear over the next few minutes to hours depending on the size of your list
