Description: If the lead GrabPool option is set for your group, you will be able to set yourself up for text notifications and claim new leads as they enter the pool.

Claiming a lead from the GrabPool:

1. Log into your website
2. On your dashboard you should see the available lead in the GrabPool module
3. Click on the lead's name
4. Select Yes to claim the lead
   • You can now navigate their account as you would any of your clients

Setting up GrabPool notifications:

1. Log into your website
2. Click on the notification icon on the GrabPool module
3. Enter how frequently you want the module to auto-refresh
4. Select the checkbox to receive SMS alerts
5. Click Submit
