Description: I'll demonstrate how to access the feature, create a pipeline, and customize it according to your needs. This feature provides a quick overview of your clients' status in their lifecycle, helping you make informed decisions.
Create a Pipeline:
- Log into your website
- Navigate to FlexCRM > Pipeline
- Click Create
- Create a name for your new Pipeline
- Select a Scope (website means any other agents within your group can also use the new pipeline parameters, private means this near pipeline is only available to you. Either way agents will only be able to see their own clients within the pipeline)
- Select the Status or Date and then the Role in order to define the parameters you wish to use
- Click Create
- Make sure you are setting the appropriate status and role for your clients in order for them to show up in your new Pipeline view
