Description: Learn how to use the Lead Simulation tab to check the rules you have set up for the various Lead Channels and Advanced Lead Routing.

Using the Lead Simulation options:

1. Log into the website you are an Admin of
2. Navigate to FlexCRM -> Lead Routing
3. Click the tab for Lead Simulation
4. Select the Lead Channel you wish to test from the dropdown
5. Click Simulate
   • You will now see an overview of what actions will take place when a lead comes in through the selected channel
   • Please note that tags and filters will not show up in this simulation
   • If you have a Round Robin or Advanced Routing option selected for one of your lead channels, any agent who receives the lead will be notified via their email or phone number on file and the admin (yourself) will also be notified.
