Description: Our Hacker Genie team can add a page with the permalink /testimonial-create to your website navigation, add it to another page as a button, or leave it off the main navigation and you can still send it directly to any clients who want to provide you with a testimonial directly on your website.

How to access the testimonial submission page:

1. Navigate to your website
2. Add /testimonial-create to the website URL and hit Enter
3. You should now see a testimonial submission form
4. Send the URL to your clients, or send your Hacker Genie a request for this page to be added in the website navigation bar or as a button on the Testimonials page as it is hidden by default
   • Keep in mind that anyone will be able to submit a testimonial if you have the page easily accessible
   • Testimonials will come into your backend as Inactive and you must set them to Active before they can be visible on the website

How client's use the testimonial submission:

1. A client will access this page via you sending them there specifically or by clicking on the navigation item or button if made available on your website
2. They will complete the form and select the appropriate agent (If the form is on a group website)
3. They would click Submit and see a popup stating their submission will be reviewed

Reviewing a testimonial submission:

1. Log into your website
2. Navigate to Website Data > Testimonials
3. Click on the new testimonial which will be at the top of the list
4. Review the content and edit as necessary to add a Title
5. Click the checkbox to mark as Active
6. Click Update
   • The new testimonial will now be visible in all of the testimonial sections of any website you are associated with, unless the section only shows testimonials for another agent

Note: Simple add /testimonial-create to the end of your website URL and send the new 
link to any clients you wish to provide you with feedback. Test the link before sending 
to make sure it takes you to the appropriate page.
