Description: By managing and sharing each agent's login credentials, the administrator of a website with several agents will be able to assist them with logging into their accounts.

How to find an agent's username:

1. Log into your group website
2. Navigate to Website Data > Agents
3. Click on the agent whose login information you need to locate or edit
4.  You will see Login at the top of their Manage Agent page
   • By default their login will be the email that we have on file for them

How to change an agent's username:

1. Log into your group website
2. Navigate to Website Data > Agents
3. Click on the agent whose login information you need to locate or edit
4.  You will see Login at the top of their Manage Agent page
   • By default their login will be the email that we have on file for them
5. To change the login, simply enter new login data into the field
   
   • It is important to note that their login must be unique, we cannot have two agent's log in using the same email or other username
6. Click Update to save changes

How to change an agent's password:

1. Log into your group website
2. Navigate to Website Data > Agents
3. Click on the agent whose login information you need to locate or edit
4.  You will see Password (if changing) at the top of their Manage Agent page
5. You can enter a new password to assist your agent in resetting it
6. Click Update to save changes

Testing the login information for one of your agents:

1. Log into your group website
2. Navigate to Website Data > Agents
3. Click on the agent whose login information you need to test
4. Copy their username and submit a new password if applicable, see instructions above
5. Test by navigating to the Websites tab while still on the agent's Manage Agent page
6. Copy their personal website name and paste into a new tab on your browser
7. Try logging into their personal website using their username and password
8. You can now send this login information to the agent to confirm it has been updated and to assist them with logging into their account
