1. Log into your website
2. Navigate to Hacker Portal
3. Click Message Hacker Genie
4. Type in your subject and message
5. Click Submit

Your Hacker Genie will receive your message and respond to you as soon as possible. You will receive their response to the email on file and can continue the conversation through that email thread.
