Description: One of the most effective ways to keep track of your clients in the CRM is to create custom tags. These tags can be used to filter, search, create views, and send emails to specific client groups.
- Log into your website
- Navigate to Flex CRM - Clients
- Click on the client you want to add a tag to
- Click Update or the pencil icon
- Enter any text in the Tag field and hit Tab on your keyboard to save it as a new tag
- Add a comma after a tag to add another
- You can use any word or combinations of words as a tag
- It is recommended that you use the same tag for multiple clients to group them
- Click Update
- You will now be able to scroll down on your client list and sort by specific tags by clicking on them
- It may take a few minutes before your new tag is visible as a selection
