Description: You can create a backend to-do list for yourself using the CRM. This list will appear on your agent dashboard and can be configured to send you reminders via phone or email.
- Log into your website
- Click Create on the Tasks module on your Dashboard
- Select the task type
- Add notes
- select a client account to associate with the task if applicable
- Select a due date and time
- Set yourself up for an sms or email reminder
- Click Create
Alternatively, you can create a task directly from a client account by clicking on their profile and clicking Create or the plus icon to add a new task associated with that specific client
