Hacker Portal
• Your main communication hub with our team
• Access 200+ video and written tutorials in the Help Center
• Use the Ask a Genie button to submit requests (with screenshots if possible)
• Request page updates, new pages, or quick support
• Live chat available with your login email
• Provides a single organized place for all support and requests
Tasks
• Keep track of calls, follow-ups, and reminders
• Add tasks manually or link them to client profiles
• Tasks can also be generated automatically through drip campaigns
• Overdue tasks rise to the top until completed or deleted
Flex CRM
• Stores all your clients in one place
• Works like a spreadsheet but with advanced features
• Import your client list (we recommend sending it to us to format correctly)
• Each client has a profile:
◦ Notes, custom fields (ex: pets)
◦ Saved searches, listings viewed
◦ Messaging (email or text, with templates)
• Use bulk actions for updates, campaigns, and tags
Leads and Timeline
• Leads from your website automatically appear here
• Convert leads to client accounts or delete spam
• Timeline shows all interactions: alerts, texts, status changes, etc.
Deal Pipelines
• Track potential and active deals
• Add client deals, expected timelines, and notes
• Visualize your commission pipeline
Lead Routing
• Automates what happens when leads come in

• Submissions are inactive until you approve them
• Appears live on your website once approved
Settings
• Update your account details, bio, and headshot
• Connect automations through Zapier or API keys (example: send Facebook ad leads straight into your CRM)
• Some website settings (tracking pixels, testimonials order, etc.) can be adjusted here
Getting Started
• First priority: send us your client list (CSV, Excel, or Google Sheet) for CRM import
