Description: If you are the website admin and have the appropriate permissions set per your contract with us, you can add agents to your primary website and create agent subdomains for these agents. You can add the website when you add an agent to the primary website, or you can easily create the agent subdomain later.

Note: You must have an agent subdomain template attached to your account before you
can create agent subdomains. If this was not created during your onboarding
process, please reach out to your Hacker Genie for assistance.

Adding a subdomain when creating an agent:

1. Log into the website you are the admin of
2. Navigate to Website Data > Agents
3. Click Add Agent
4. Select Create Account and enter the agent's name
5. Check the box to Create Individual Website for Agent
   • Leave this checkbox blank if you do not wish to add an agent subdomain yet
   • If you do not see this option, please contact your Hacker Genie for assistance as your account may not have permissions set up to create agent subdomains
6. Click Create

Adding a subdomain to an existing agent account:

1. Log into the website you are the admin of
2. Navigate to Website Data > Agents
3. Click on the agent's name from the list
4. Navigate to the Websites tab at the top of the agent's profile
5. Click the button to Create Individual Website
   • The website will them be created based off your approved agent subdomain template and you will see it on the list of websites the agent is attached to
   • If you do not see this option, please contact your Hacker Genie for assistance as your account may not have permissions set up to create agent subdomains
