Social Center Overview (Multi-Agent Website)
The Social Center in your CloseHack dashboard is a powerful backend communication system designed for brokerages and teams. It offers collaboration tools to help agents share updates, resources, vendors, and links—all in one centralized place.
This guide provides a high-level walkthrough of each tab within the Social Center from the perspective of a multi-agent or brokerage user.
Accessing the Social Center

Log in to your group website (not your personal subdomain).

Click Login in the top-right corner and use your credentials.

Once logged in, the Social Center can be accessed from the main dashboard or the left-hand menu.

These tabs may not appear if you are on a single-agent website or logged into a personal subdomain.
1. Announcements
Admins Only

Used to publish company-wide messages to all agents' dashboards.

New announcements appear at the top of everyone's dashboard.

Ideal for:

Brokerage updates

Policy changes
-
Events (e.g., “Holiday party this Saturday”)

Notifications can be enabled to alert agents via email or browser.
To post: Admins click Create, enter a title and body, and publish.
2. Forum
A team discussion board similar to Reddit. All agents with permission can:

Upvote/downvote posts

Only links are stored here—no documents or PDFs. Great for quick access to resources that live outside the CloseHack system.
