Description: Canned responses are emails or SMS messages that you can send to one or more of your clients at the same time. The canned response is sent immediately and does not include follow-up emails, as does a drip campaign; this is simply an email or SMS sent on its own. Some common applications include using a Canned response to request client testimonials, send out seasonal announcements, or other single-send opportunities.

Sending Canned Responses:
- Log into your website
- Navigate to FlexCRM > Clients
- Select the checkboxes next to the clients you wish to send the canned response to

- You can use the filter options to the right to limit the clients you are selecting

- You can select the checkbox next to Name at the top to select all clients within your selected filters
4. Click Actions() at the top of the client list

- You will see the number of selected clients within the () brackets of this Action button
- Click Send Canned Response
- Click the dropdown to select your Canned Response
- Click Send Email
