Description: Logging events in your CRM is one of the best ways to keep track of the interactions you have with your clients. Some events are automatically logged, such as when an email is sent to a client via the CRM, but you can manually log an event that occurred outside of the CRM.
- Log into your website
- Navigate to FlexCRM - Timeline
- Click on the client you are logging an event for
- Select the Log Event button
- Select whether or not you interacted with the client
- Select the event type
- Add notes
- Click Create
